Apex PWR is the best place for physical therapy, period. I was really nervous about rehabbing my torn ACL, but my physical therapist, Josh, was absolutely incredible. He's not only the best at what he does but also super knowledgeable. I can't imagine a better place to recover. The atmosphere is positive and encouraging, and they genuinely care about your progress. Working with Josh at Apex for physical therapy was an excellent experience. I came with a shoulder issue as well as a glute hip injury from golf. In 6 weeks the shoulder was completely free from both discomfort and limitation. Six months out continues with all ROM and strength. I cannot say enough good things about APEX!! I came in about 2 years ago for ACL rehab. From the start, the staff was very welcoming and supportive and I felt like everyone there was on my team and rooting for me to heal and come back stronger. Every time I go in for PT I am greeted by the entire staff and once I am in my session I know I can always voice any concerns with assurance I will be heard. Thank you APEX!!
I’ve been working with Dustin here at APEX, and he is the most phenomenal PT I could have asked for. As an athlete I was concerned that PT might not be intense enough for the level of athleticism I wanted to get back to, but Dustin knows when and how to push me. He knew how to make PT so much fun, and because of him it quickly became something I looked forward to every week instead of something I dreaded. If I ever find myself in need of PT again, Dustin is definitely my first choice!
My daughter has been through multiple knee surgeries and Apex has been an amazing part of her recovery!
