I really liked the atmosphere it was very calm and chill, and the tech doing my moms nails (Michael) was very personable and helpful. However, my tech Shelly charged me $37.00 when the brochure says $35.00 for natural dip nails. Then since I am a student in high school I asked about the 10% discount (which is also stated on the brochure) and she told me they no longer do that even after I gave her my student ID. They rushed and were super rough the entire time. I have never had a bad experience like that. Will never return back.
RecommendedI got a pedicure and Jenny was amazing and I had some pink stuff on my nails from another nail salon and sweet Shelly came and got it off for me and im differently going back there, and loves the wax on my feet omg and the hot towels.
Wonderful people that do an amazing job!!! Come see them you will be pleased!!!!
This place is relaxing and pleasant. The results you get are amazing.
My feet were literally bleeding from the cuticle clippings done on my pedicure, so all the lotions applied afterwards just burned.
I went in and paid 60 dollars for a pedi there where people there before me and i left before them the lady did a horrible job on my feet she did cutting in my toenail around the edge that hurt really bad then she pull out the extra my toes looked fine but now they hurt everytime i walk and she painted so careless and got toenail polish on my skin burned me with a hot wax bag and this pissed me off the most who gave her the job
I would definitely recommend this place.... they were so welcoming & efficient! So organized.... I got a Deluxe pedicure from Xen, she was amazing & made sure I was comfortable at all times. Then, Kevin did my nails.. He was great, I suffer from hyperhidrosis(sweaty palms) & he never once made me feel nervous about it, as a matter of fact, I brought it up & he stopped me, telling me not to worry about it... Thank you, Pacific Nails & Spa, for your great customer service!!
