We are so grateful for the care and support we received from Pacific Medical. Our daughter spent 6 months laying on her back in the NICU, and we were very concerned about her head shape. Love seeing Bobby he's very kind to us every time we see him once a month but he really needs some one else to answer his phone calls. I called to reschedule a appointment and the woman who answered was really unprofessional and yelled at me through the phone like she was pissed off I was rescheduling. This is not the first nor the second time it has happened. She needs to go like NOW!!
Exorbitantly high price. They charged $675 for a knee wrap which you can get in CVS or Walgreens for maximum $50-$60. I visited John Muir Urgent care, paid everything on MyChart and had no idea I would be charged $675 from Pacific Medical, Inc for a knee wrap. They already charged my insurance $375 and were sending emails for the remainder. I thought it's just another spam and was clueless. Their customer service is terrible. They delayed my son’s treatment for weeks just because they did not do their work on time. I ended up following with the insurance and do their job and finally I moved to another clinic because they are not reliable.
Horrible customer service. I would give them -5 stars if I could. They don't answer their phone and when they finally call you back they are incredibly rude. You have choices, do yourself a favor, ask your health care provider to use a different supplier
