Had my first appointment today with Dr. De Lisle. I have a chronic pain issue from a car accident 10 years ago, so I have had many doctors. Dr De Lisle was wonderful, he listened and cared, didnt treat me badly for needing help and options for pain. Truly he is so kind, comforting, and respectful. Plus he got me in incredibly fast. If you need a new PCP I would check him out, its worth the trip
This was the worst experience I've ever had in healthcare. The parking situation alone is pure insanity. Plan for an extra 15 minutes at least just to wait in the line to park. The person who scheduled me was very unprofessional and lied to me about my appointment. I never received a reminder about the appointment and was never told to arrive 15 minutes early. She didn't even give me an address! She said "If you look up Canyon Park Optometry, you'll find it!" Lo and behold, I follow those instructions and it takes me to a pl... read more
I had a terrible experience at Pacific Medical Centers. All I needed was routine blood work, but they insisted on a doctor visit first. I ended up having to go twice, answering the same questions both times, before they finally sent me for the test. Then I got an outrageous $724 bill. It felt like they were exploiting every step to charge more. I’m extremely disappointed and will never go back. I strongly recommend others stay away.
