This was the worst experience I've ever had in healthcare. The parking situation alone is pure insanity. Plan for an extra 15 minutes at least just to wait in the line to park. The person who scheduled me was very unprofessional and lied to me about my appointment. I never received a reminder about the appointment and was never told to arrive 15 minutes early. I had a terrible experience at Pacific Medical Centers. All I needed was routine blood work, but they insisted on a doctor visit first. I ended up having to go twice, answering the same questions both times, before they finally sent me for the test. Then I got an outrageous $724 bill. It felt like they were exploiting every step to charge more. I’m extremely disappointed and will never go back. I strongly recommend others stay away.
My experience was great. Dr Jordan De Lisle was very warm and quick in evaluating my injury and ordering my prescription. The blood test and x-ray was smooth and hassle free. I didn’t feel as much pain. I’m usually scared of getting blood tests, but it was not bad. The results came back early on the website. Nurse Smitha was also very warm and helpful. Overall great experience!
I had my mammogram done at Pacific Medical Center – Canyon Park, and it was truly the best experience I could have hoped for. I had been scared of getting a mammogram and had put it off for over two years, but this visit completely changed my perspective. Shannon, who performed my mammogram, was absolutely wonderful. I’ve never had a good experience here, both in-person and online. Most recently my provider showed up 30 minutes late to my online appointment for medication refill. The medical assistant checking me in was so rude to me because I forgot to check in online. Although my doctor was more normal, even she was weird and told me I wasn’t being “honest” about my symptoms due to a misunderstanding we cleared up - such a shady thing to say?
