This was the worst experience I've ever had in healthcare. The parking situation alone is pure insanity. Plan for an extra 15 minutes at least just to wait in the line to park. The person who scheduled me was very unprofessional and lied to me about my appointment. I never received a reminder about the appointment and was never told to arrive 15 minutes early. I had a terrible experience at Pacific Medical Centers. All I needed was routine blood work, but they insisted on a doctor visit first. I ended up having to go twice, answering the same questions both times, before they finally sent me for the test. Then I got an outrageous $724 bill. It felt like they were exploiting every step to charge more. I’m extremely disappointed and will never go back. I strongly recommend others stay away.
Was unfortunately running late. Called the office, was told there was a 15 minute grace period. When I got there within that grace period, desk staff told me the doctor had her own grace period of 10 minutes and I could reschedule my appointment in 11 months. Also had lots of issues with my primary care physician writing prescriptions incorrectly or for name brand drugs my insurance had repeatedly refused to cover, even after I requested generics. Don't waste your time here.
Great medical group
My experience was great. Dr Jordan De Lisle was very warm and quick in evaluating my injury and ordering my prescription. The blood test and x-ray was smooth and hassle free. I didn’t feel as much pain. I’m usually scared of getting blood tests, but it was not bad. The results came back early on the website. Nurse Smitha was also very warm and helpful. Overall great experience!
