Chris at Pacific Mazda is hands down the best. We walked in dealing with a mess from another dealership, and he handled it like a pro. He got us out of that situation and into a brand new CX-5 the same day. Chris was knowledgable, honest, and actually cared about what worked best for us, oh and efficient. Bought a used 2018 nissan rouge - was able to negotiate a great price on the car - day after sale I noticed a chip in the corner of the windscreen which they had repaired at no cost - a week later I heard a squeaking in the steering column - got into the service centre a few days later - they looked at it and fixed it at no cost - turned out to be seal that needed a bit of lubricant - it was a super easy sale process and the after sale care was second to none ! Cheers to Jeff - Matt - Denzel and Marley !!

Rob and Laura saved our trip! We’re originally from Kamloops and were visiting Victoria for a few days. During our drive, the engine light came on with a malfunction warning.
