My experiences with Pacific Mazda have been exceptional. Frank P. and Matt R. helped me select the perfect 2019 Mazda CX-5 for me. They were both very helpful and guided me with helpful suggestions. On a follow-up visit, I was treated courteously and professionally by Laura K. and Rob in the Service Dept. and a minor issue was resolved quickly and professionally. I am delighted with the services and personnel at Pacific Mazda and highly recommend them.
We went to look at at CX30 and Jared was our sales guy. He was very patient even as we had to communicate with him through text and multiple visits. We then wanted to look at a CX5 and Jared was very patient with us. He answered our questions and dealt with our concerns. Matt the Sales Manager was also on top of things.
