Saw unit. Applied with a co-signer filled out their lengthy online application submitted all the documents - I never heard from them then called left messages finally someone named Ben called me back and wanted to put my co-signer on the lease as a tenant (Shady) told him know. He said he would call the next day. Never heard from him left message on his line still never heard from them. Listen to the reviews. I’m glad this happened now and not after I moved in. Untrustworthy people!!

Very good tenants. Quickly. That is why I use this service for my vacancies. Pacific Listings is the best leasing service in Los Angeles. They understand the business of apartment buildings. I need tenants who pay on time and don't cause any problems. Pacific Listings finds me good renters and they are very thorough with the screening process. I have no complaints.

No offense but this company sucks. They told me to call SHIRA to schedule a viewing of a home and she literally never returned any of my calls after i tried calling her daily because the company told me to!!! Don’t use this company. Waste of time.
