You'll notice in the reviews, that the positive ones are from landlords because they are filling their overpriced vacancies, and the horrible ones are from tenants who are trying to RENT an apartment in this market. I dealt with Clay, who is an "account manager" per their site, and who is very rude and condescending via text. Saw unit. Applied with a co-signer filled out their lengthy online application submitted all the documents - I never heard from them then called left messages finally someone named Ben called me back and wanted to put my co-signer on the lease as a tenant (Shady) told him know. He said he would call the next day. Never heard from him left message on his line still never heard from them. Listen to the reviews. I’m glad this happened now and not after I moved in. Untrustworthy people!!
