Very good tenants. Quickly. That is why I use this service for my vacancies. Pacific Listings is the best leasing service in Los Angeles. They understand the business of apartment buildings. I need tenants who pay on time and don't cause any problems. Pacific Listings finds me good renters and they are very thorough with the screening process. I have no complaints.

No offense but this company sucks. They told me to call SHIRA to schedule a viewing of a home and she literally never returned any of my calls after i tried calling her daily because the company told me to!!! Don’t use this company. Waste of time.
Found a listing from them on zillow with the option to “apply now” Went ahead and applied and also paid the application fee. I called pacific listings on the number provided and was told they do not accept applications through zillow. Went ahead and disputed the charge and reported the listing. And yes the other reviews are true.. the receptionist who answered was very passive aggressive and stupid.
