worst customer service I ever had with home builder, they will ignore their customer as long as they can. I am still being ignored on warranty repair up to this date, which I have scheduled in last November. unprofessionalism, inexperienced, irresponsible.
Pacific Lifestyle Homes built our new home in Summer Lane, University Place, WA. They did an awesome job. We are very pleased with the quality of the build, the whole experience was very well handled. They did a particularly good job of communicating during the build period including regular pictorial updates of the progress of the home.
