This company is the WORST property management company out there. Over the past 18 months when I was on the Board, we had to deal with Pacific Legacy's mismanagement, ineptness, and their suspicious financial practices. For 18 months, I had to send so many email reminders, asking them to do their jobs & follow-through on what they'd promised, that the running joke among the Board was that we had to manage the management company.
