Time frame for appointment was a 4 hour window which is generally inconvenient but once I communicated with a dispatcher we were able to solidify a time. Sprinkler technician was prompt, knowledgeable, helpful, professional and kind/personable.i was charged as quoted. I will use Pacific Lawn Sprinklers again.

Work was completed by Hector and his team. They arrived on time ready to work. They were respectful and courteous and cleaned up after the installation was completed. During the inspection of the work they clearly explained how to operate the system. My parents and I are very happy with the work that was done.
He came over replace a few sprinkler Heads and worked on the valves. Everything is working great now.

Hugo came to check out and did an thorough job in looking at all the sprinkler heads identified the water leak issues and consulted with me on things to replace and replaced the faulty and fixed the water leak issues. Hopefully I won’t have too much water wasted and ha e areas really wet. Great job. Hugo was very courteous and polite and did an awesome job. Will recommend
