I had Pacific Lawn sprinklers install my lawn sprinklers for the front of my house. There were three guys which one of them was the foreman. The foreman spent 5 minutes talking to me about the work was to be done. Then he spent 5 minutes speaking with the 2 other gentleman. The foreman informed me that he would be back in 30 minutes to see how things were going. I didn't see the gentleman until it was time to collect the check. Instllation was completed in 1 day. Installers were neat and professional. Subsequent call was answered extremely promptly. The installer actually came on a Sunday!
The staff was very friendly and educated me on how to use my existing sprinkler system. They was also on time and called before they came. I will definelty use them again.
they were on time. they called to let me know on the second revisit with the parts that they would be arriving earlier. Both men knew what they were doing and did it well. Very polite.
I had two homes decorated with lights for Christmas. I was happy with the salesman and the installation. There were some issues with the lights staying on when it rained. Also had to have additional lighting installed because it didn't quite look the way they said it would. All in all they corrected all problems in a timely manner.
