Came a day earlier and asked to see what had to be done and did the service the same day.
Men showed up on time and worked diligently to get work done. Also adept at handling complaints from neighbors while being very professional at all times.

It's a good system, once it's installed, but more wear & tear than expected. I'd suggest getting the plan from the salesman before installation, anticipate plants that need to be moved and do it yourself ahead of time. The workers tried but with a fully planted yard and a hot day, there was significant plant loss (I counted 39). Customer service helped (not particularly graciously) but did not make me whole.
