They do little to accommodate schedule

We are very sorry that we could not accommodate your schedule needs. We do make our very best efforts to offer various appointment windows, both Saturday and Sunday availability and texting prior to arrival. Our service manager personally tried to coordinate with your schedule and it just didn't seem to work. We are sorry we could not meet your needs.
Didn't try to upsell me on additional repairs, did exactly what I asked and even mentioned I didn't have to move a sprinkler head, just cutting back a plant would do the trick. Their pricing was fair and reasonable, They worked to save me money, they gave me a window of time for when they would show up, were accommodating for my needs. Texted me prior to showing up so I knew what to expect. It was a smooth process.
