They quoted us $100, to charge us over $500 for a spring opening and a couple of sprinkler heads. The agreed amount when the landscaper arrived was around $325 split into two invoices (one invoice for around $325 dollars and the other for around $180: The second invoice was made for the town to pay due to local construction damage as was part of the initial $325 bill). As we do not do a 3rd party billing the payment was due once work was completed. Pacific Lawn and sprinkler showed up to my house yesterday after automatically scheduling an appointment to turn my sprinkler system on for the spring. They dealt with my wife while I was at work, and told her we needed to repair 4 sprinkler heads. She said ok - why not? Well, because they charge $75 for a $5 sprinkler head. My total bill was over $600 to put in $20 worth of plastic and turn the water on.This pricing is outrageous, but the more outrageous thing is the way they handled this with my wife. One of the worst companies I've dealt with. The gave me the proverbial window of **** and no one showed up, no one called to inform me, nothing. After I called them the next day the indicated they didn't know why ******* didn't show up but that they could send someone out in approximately 10 days. They would put me on the "cancellation" list and that was the best they could do.I asked to speak with a supervisor - which meant I was on hold for 20 minutes, and ***** indicated she would call me back. ***** never called me back.... read more
Very professional and friendly. Started using them to do winter shutdown a few years ago after the original service company didnt show up and temperatures dropped down to single digits. Called Pacific Lawn Sprinklers and they came out and fixed the valve and shutdown sear ice. I have them do everything needed for my sprinkler system now.
