Awful living experience with the worst managment I ever experienced.
RecommendedBeautiful grounds, too many features to list. Very quiet.
Trash. Charges me rent after I move out. Racist. Extremely sexist. Liars. $450 fine for dog or for vaping? Says they will help but don't be so gullible.
Rude office personnel to a tenant that lives there and is a very quiet guy, not to mention we were too. We didn’t know the rules, yet a worker there walked by several times not saying anything to us. 🤷♂️
Great community real friendly neighbors, and staff. They also have a night guard which is nice.
Rude customer service. Came and saw the apartments and they are very nice. The lady helping me was very nice , the assistant manager not so much. I mentioned someone in my family having an eviction and the assistant manager came out of no where and said NO we don't do that here! I said even if the other 2 adults are approved? She still said NO and said now I know about this person so if you do live here I'll know to watch out if this person is on property! Like wow! It's not a crime things happen in life. Been here a month and place is amazing, fun, and relaxing all in one! Blessed to have found this place the first day we went looking for apartments. So many amenities for all ages to enjoy. Makes moving to MURRIETA that much easier and better.
Just moved in and loving it. Ever since I first came through to look at the place, the management has been great. Very professional and helpful. They made it nice and easy with the move. The whole complex itself is amazing. From the open floor plan of my apartment, to the amenities. The pool is resort style which is perfect for me. Love me the water. Next up is trying out the theater with my kids. I so I highly recommend this place.
