From a Hospice nurse perspective this agency is incredible. On my end there was an error and we called the wrong mortuary and Amanda at Pacific Interment Service answered the phone and helped me get my patients loved one to the correct location. I'm so grateful that Pacific Interment helped me through the tough times a couple months ago when my dad passed away. They're friendly and professional, the whole process is super easy, the pricing is really reasonable, and I highly recommend them.
Experience has been pretty awful. My sister and I both called regarding my father receiving cremation services and not one person offered their condolences to us, ever. The first time I called (Saturday 1/14) the person answering the phones didn't know that they were closed on MLK day and told me to call back on that day to report my father's death.
