A TRUE GEM for INFLATABLE BOATS. They have a curated selection based on deep knowledge that guides the process toward a perfect outcome. For someone with a fair bit to learn, I was well taken care of, and shopping around at places with more options, I found I preferred the very intentional selection in the store. We came away with an amazing boat setup and feel like we can always call with questions to get sage advice in the world of inflatable adventure boats. Thank you!
I called from Coeur d'Alen with a question on my Pro-9. They were awsome, spent time answering every question.Great customer service!
Called and inquired about patching my inflatable. No one returned my message.
Adam is a great guy. EVERYONE that is a boat person knows him and recommends him. He took my old ugly RIB, fit it into his busy schedule, and made it great again! When this RIB dies, I’ll buy the replacement from Adam and Pacific Inflatables.
Impeccable customer service and knowledge! We can't recommend Adam and PIB enough! Tiny purchase here, had an issue and Adam took extreme care of our issues, solving it immediately. Could not be more happy! Thank you!
