WATCH OUT FOR HIDDEN FEES LIKE CREDIT CARDS AND TRUCK PARKING CHARGES! I had them do a quick service of about 30 minutes or so. They sent me several invoices that were all for several hours of work. I am the facilities manager for a San Diego North County manufacturing firm. 6 years ago when we moved into this building we discovered that the air conditioning system had been neglected for approximately 10 years. We have a water sourced heat pump system that relies on cooling water from an outside evaporative cooling tower. All of our A/C units are located inside the building.
