well, it's been three weeks and Devon doesn't answer the phone or reply to emails. I am a small business owner and I completely understand getting overwhelmed with work. However, I always reach out to the customer and let them know what the status is of the job. Devon doesn't return calls and doesn't return email. Do not, I repeat, do not send anything to this company for repair. Completely unprofessional and border line criminal.

Devon walks on water, as far as I’m concerned. He works magic, I trust him, he follows through, he’s a prince and quite entertaining. I have used Devon at Pacific Housing Repair for strobes, ports and a nauticam housing. A man of many talents. Most recently he buffed out my very scratched dome port, both inside and out. Saved me hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend him. I’ve been a customer for multiple years. He’s quite a find.

Terrific, timely service! Devon did a terrific job explaining the options available, and was extremely responsive to questions. He went above and beyond what we talked about to make sure my equipment was up to speed and ready to go. I would (and do consistently) recommend him to anyone needing underwater camera housing / strobe service!

Worst Experience Ever! In March 2024, I sent two strobes for repair and faced months of frustration and unprofessionalism. Despite repeated emails to Devon, I only received an answer in June, stating that one strobe could be repaired, and the other had to be discarded (though it was not flooded, I trusted his judgment). In August, after more delays, Devon claimed he would ship the repaired strobe "soon." Weeks passed with repeated excuses and no tracking number. I cannot recommend Pacific Housing Repair enough! Devon was incredibly helpful and responsive. He went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get the parts I needed. Also, he is extremely knowledgeable about underwater camera systems. I learned so much just talking to him on the phone! I will definitely be coming back to Pacific Housing for all my future underwater camera repair needs.
