I travel for work constantly. This entity owns a BW Plus in SeaTac and I had an overnight layover. Be warned, they understaff and use outdated check in systems. One front desk staff at midnight. Waited an hour to check in! And with an early morning flight. Unreal. Hope they lose their franchise rights.
