Purchased my car from them during my time in Hawaii and received top notch service each time I went. I really appreciated how the service agents never let me get services I didn't need and didn't take advantage of the fact I know little about cars. Service Dept. RIP OFFs ..Was told they couldnt replace our cars Starter unless it "was dead" meaning we had to wait till we got stuck somwhere and be towed in "to verify the problem as the Starter..(Loosers) ...Took the car to Tony Honda in Waipio who said it was obviously the starter and changed it while we waited...We should of bought our car from the Waipio Dealer on the first place....HONOLULU HONDA "YOU SUCK"....
