Pacific Homeworks replaced my roof. I just bought a new house and the roof was very old so when one of their representatives knocked on my door, while they working on a neighbors house and offered me a free estimate I thought what timing lol I so glad I decided to meet with them. My mother in law has wanted to take care of the outside of her house for a while now. She decided to go with Pacific Homework's to take care of the job. We had a couple hiccups at the beginning. We were directed to David (Project Manager) and Eric ( General Manager) to voice our concerns about the direction of the job. They have a field reps that go door to door in the neighborhoods. Guy stopped by my house, nice guy, polite, signed me up for a window appointment. Next day just like I was told, another guy, I assume one of the project managers shows up and measures my windows, and leaves me a price. They have really great products and are clearly an experienced company, just unfortunately I couldn't afford them at the moment. If my situation changes I would hire them for the work. Overall a good experience.
They had it done in just a few days, overall good crew, polite, hard working, cleaned up pretty well most debris and as they promised the warranty is good for 50 years, long enough for my son and his wife to be protected when they get the home. All in all I'm happy with the roof and my meeting with Pacific Homeworks and have to say the squeaky wheel gets the grease.
The crew was friendly and helpful the whole time they were here. We are very pleased with the job they did. When they were finished, they cleaned up everything. What a great job!
Jon and Gary came out to our home and explained all our options on painting our home. They were very thorough and helpful in leading us in the proper direction. We were convinced that the kennitex process was the best process for our home. The workers did a great job, they were on time and finished promptly. I would recommend my family and friends to Pacific Homeworks.
Words cannot begin to express to express how happy we are about our windows. We had iron bars and very thin window panes, the metal part was extremely oxidized and the rubber was hanging from our huge living room window. We were at peace with the process of the window installation. Thank you for doing such a great job.
The workers were fast & cleaned up everything. It was done in about a week.
Mike and the Pacific Homeworks staff are like family! They have been working on our house for five years!
