Five years with PHC and counting! Picked up my Appreciation Gift Bag today from SAC office! Staff and company has been nothing but thoughtful, friendly, caring, flexible, available, and generous towards providers and clients. I appreciate the weekly motivation/updates, trainings provided each year, and the provider get togethers.
I feel so very blessed to have stumbled across PHCS. I started with them back in 2016. Jody and all the staff have been so supportive and encouraging. They equally care for their clients as well as their workers. They make sure that I'm well taken care of and they're always surprising me with bonuses during the year. I just love them!!! I've worked for other agencies before but PHCS is the best in my book.
I have been working with Pacific Home Care Services since August 2018. I am also a collegiate athlete and they are very understandable that I sometimes have to take a semester off. I love the staff as they recognize the good things you do as a care provider.
I am not an employee, or client, but have had many interactions with the PHS family. In particular. the East Bay staff, who are friendly and warm. Additionally, the President is very generous and welcoming to everyone.
I have been working with Jody and the Pacific Home Care Services staff for some time now. They are kind, caring and responsive. They are knowledgeable in their practice, patient in answering your questions and really care about the people they serve. I highly recommend this service for your home care needs.
Soy una madre con una hija con necesidades especiales , tengo el servicio de cuidado dé niños en casa y ellos te pueden recomendar un proveedor o usted puede escoger su proveedor. Gracias a las personas que trabajan en la oficina que siempre ayudan a cualquier duda o pregunta gracia Rina etc y claudia. Yo recomendaría este programa a todos los padres como yo.
