Sheila is great
The frizzy haired woman with glasses and terrible breath that runs this place is terribly abusive to her employees. I walked into the office for a new unit and heard her berating a poor young lady for something that seemed like a minor mistake. Can't imagine how she treats her customers. I walked right out of there.
Editing my review as the new team and long time existing manger have been very friendly, exceptionally accommodating and willing to help. Most recently a pallet pick up was delayed and they were willing to assist as I was unable to be there past the declared window. I have not had any billing issues in the past 6 months and the team and facility is always tops. Thank you!
I've used multiple storage facilities over the past several years, and this one is by far the WORST experience I have had. The staff is highly unaccomodating, and there seems to be a communication issue at all levels of the organization.
