Elizabeth was nothing short of amazing. I brought my mentee in to get a unit during his time of need and he is also special needs. This woman treated him no different and treated him with so much respect. I feel very comfortable that she will take care of my boy because he is such a sweetheart. The facility is very clean and quiet. Customer service was GREAT!!!! I’m even thinking about getting a unit here now just because of Elizabeth. Thank you and happy early birthday! Enjoy!

Philip is AMAZING! Please talk to him. First off, he was patient, kind, communicative, and helpful! Secondly, he found a wonderful rate for me, even though I wish it were a lower and more reasonable amount, but I know it was out of his hands. All praise to him and the young lady working with him. I do ask that upper management or whoever the district manager is have more offers for military. Thank you again Philip and I appreciate you sir. For future renters, please request his services.
We have been tenants at Pacific Highway Storage for almost 10 years. We needed another unit for a short period and Philip was extremely helpful and pleasant.
The best storage in San Diego!! Elizabeth was absolutely amazing with helping me and my partner. We both rented 2 storage spaces, we got a great deal and she went above and beyond to make sure we like our units and are comfortable with the plan. Service felt personal and different from any franchise/ multi location storage company. The facility is beautiful, very clean, the access is easy, and feels safe. I have rented different storage spaces in SD but this one is the best. Highly recommend!!!!
