I cannot say enough great things about PHHC! The whole team does a great job of making each member feel welcomed and relaxed. The facility is well maintained and always clean and organized. I also don't think I have ever felt like it was over-crowded, which is a nice change from the other gyms I've been to where you're fighting for space or machines. Overall, great club to be a member of!
The best gym I have ever been to by a long shot. All the other gyms in the city I have been to felt like commuter gyms where everyone has headphones in, get their workout done, and leave without saying a word. PHHC feels like a community, I couldn't get through the door without someone asking how my day is. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who can make the commute!
I just took a Healthy Posture Seminar led by Althea Hondrogen this past Saturday; she's amazing. She figured out just what each of us needed to correct our posture imperfections and sent us home with simple doable exercises. In May, she'll be leading a four-week program which will be incredible; I hope it will be offered again. Thanks Amy for setting this up!�
