I tried scheduling an appointment over the phone for over a week, the phone just hangs up on you!!! I had to drive there to schedule an appointment. I told the receptionist and she just laughed. Smfh. Ridiculous.
The Dr is great but one of the staff members just makes patients heart conditions worse.. They are supposed to help, not complicate the process or make it more stressful. J is very rude, she speaks to selective patients as if they are trash. She needs to remember our insurance and copays cover her salary. The process of disability forms are not processed in modern format (snail mail) and they tend to hold on to forms for weeks in which they are supposed to mail out.
