Jason was here 25 minutes after I called. He was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. He listened to want I was wanting done and fixed my gutter the way I wanted it. He also inspected another gutter that I was concerned may not have been properly installed back on after another roofing company had put on a new roof. We also ask Jason to explain the whole thing with the screens on the gutters. He was very informative. Would recommend him and your company down the road. Thanks so much for a great job. Tami

Jason did a very thorough inspection of my gutters, including photos and video. His presentation of available service options was very helpful and no pressure. Unlike a lot of vendors who over negotiate, he offered available discounts immediately. I was very pleased with the final price quote and look forward to the installation. The installers showed up on time, introduced themselves and the first thing they did was to ask if I thought there might be any roof locations that they might want to inspect before getting started. As we walked around the house, I showed the small shed where I had to lower the roof because GutterShutter uses bigger (deeper) gutters than my existing gutters and I needed them to verify that their gutters would fit ok. We received our quote from Jason today. We had met him at the home show where he provided a lot of basic information regarding their Rain Drop gutter covers. Today he spent well over an hour assessing our gutters and preparing our bid. His recommendation was fair and objective, and he was a pleasure to talk to. All of our questions were answered thoroughly. We feel we have all the information we need to proceed with our decision.

Very happy with our new Gutter Shutter system. Working with Phoenix was a simple and informative process. The installation crew was quick and clean. Would recommend to anyone who is tired of climbing a ladder to clean their gutters.
