The installers showed up on time, introduced themselves and the first thing they did was to ask if I thought there might be any roof locations that they might want to inspect before getting started. As we walked around the house, I showed the small shed where I had to lower the roof because GutterShutter uses bigger (deeper) gutters than my existing gutters and I needed them to verify that their gutters would fit ok. Very happy with our new Gutter Shutter system. Working with Phoenix was a simple and informative process. The installation crew was quick and clean. Would recommend to anyone who is tired of climbing a ladder to clean their gutters.
What a great experience. From the initial quote to the quick install everything was easy and fast. Gutters look fantastic and they worked great in the rain we had almost immediately the next day. You can now actually hear the water running down the gutters into the down spouts. Our salesman Phoenix was also very responsive and accommodating.
My husband always jokes about his OCD reactions his perceived mess that is left behind by contractors. This visit by Pacific Gutters was an exception. He gave them highest praise when the job was completed. They took down gutters that were full of fir tree needles, brush cleaned the roof edge and facia boards and then installed our new gutters. Job well done. We are happy with the larger capacity Gutter Shutter product and the way they are fitted to the house.
Matthew Rehfeld carefully explained the features in detail, and that the system wasn't inexpensive but was the best. Lukas did a most excellent job with the install. The black metal gutters look splendid, matching the black steel roof and complementing the gray house! I had preferred the dark cedar gutters that came with the house 55 years ago (replaced with cedar again 25 years ago)- but their time had come!
