I can't say enough good things about Pacific Group Developments! Kelsey and his team did an amazing job removing the oil tank from our Oak Bay home. From the first estimate to the final cleanup, their professionalism and attention to detail were top-notch. They handled all the permits and regulations, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. Just wanted to say how great Kelsey and his team are. Had an old oil tank in the back corner of my crawl space I needed removed. This is 2 1/2 foot crawl space with some low points of 18". Not a fun place to be. Kelsey took care of this removal with professionalism and got the job done. Even fixed a vent for me while he was down there. Great job.
