I had a panel of our glass fence replaced in May 2024. My experience was very positive. My dealing was done in a professional manner and promptly as promised unlike another glass company that I had tried first.
They did a wonderful work !! Had all new retro fit windows replaced in my home. From the initial call with one of the lady's in the office to the end of the installation. Superseded my expectations, will highly recommend them!
Wow - What a customer service experience. The original quote for 10 window panes to be replaced at my house was obtained by the Seller's realtor. After closing I reached out to Pacific Glass & Mirror to have the quote finalized in my name. After weeks of not getting a call back I finally get in touch with a lady over the phone. I asked her if she could send me a list of the windows they were replacing so I could make sure they had the right ones. She said we dont share that information with the customer. I called several places for commercial glass and this place was the worst in customer service. I am attempting to get new double pane glass for a small building. The person on the phone kept asking me technical questions about the glass and frame thickness, which I have no idea how to measure. Ultimately the person on the phone did not want to come out and give a quote, and seemed uninterested in providing a service. Not sure why they are in business, if they uninterested in changing windows for a small business.
