PGL really IS the best! Mona replied promptly to my long email inquiry, and was very detailed and professional. Brad inspected my ring, and not only was he extremely knowledgeable and skilled, but he even let me look through his microscope and taught me what/how to look for. Brad was also extremely kind and personable, and was such a pleasure to work with!
