Your guys were out to my location working on underground installations. After they left we discovered they had not closed my hot water heater cover completely after doing their inspection. I saw a one if your guys outside & he said that he would do it. The problem was he didn't. Now my landlord is getting on my case about repairing it. I need someone to actually come out & finish it. Now!!
The guy that works their is allways closed so he can go for a walk ... Also leaves notes on the door closed for the rest of the day ... For being such a big company they should have two people one to cover the other ones shift when they decide to take off for the rest of the day
