The customer service department at this location is permanently closed.
Last Friday, I called PG&E customer service office for help to change my on line payment method. Their representative Tealila was very patient guided me step by step until finishing. I need more help after I found I made a mistake. This time I reached representative Beatriz( I hope I spell her name right) she was really ran out her way to helping me. I am a senior, not computer oriented, for such fantastic service is greatly appreciated.
This is the worst customer experience. I can’t get anyone on the phone and I just tried to go to customer service but this location is closed, which is not updated in Google as of now. There’s no way for me to resolve a payment option so I have to manually enter in my payments online every month and am charged a fee. The worst.
