Care and personal service to all residents . They are courteous to visitors and receptive to input on their loved ones needs.
They did nit tajje care of my personal hygene while I was a patient there. A male nurse was way too eager to give me supposatories, and he and an aide went through my belongings without my permission.
My father was discharged today after staying at PG for two weeks. He was treated well and was clean every day. I was called regarding changes in his care from the minor to the major. Every nurse I encountered was happy to help my dad when he needed it. Thank you Pacific Gardens!!
Thank you everyone there for taking care of my father! He is difficult and cranky and Joann helped so much in the coordination of his move from there to TX.

I just saw my Aunt this weekend and was reminded of what an amazing job Pacific Gardens Nursing and Rehabilitation did with her. She was transferred from Delano and when she first arrived to PGNRC I couldn’t believe it was her! She was non ambulatory, physically weak, not eating, not talking much and couldn’t hardly remember a thing..... a year and a half later, she’s eating, dancing, playing bingo, speaking her mind and most importantly here with us today!
