RecommendedI sincerely recommend Pacific Gardens for their loved ones. From the first day we were all greeted with a very warm hospitality. Very professional staff yet down to earth. The facility is very clean and I see them always cleaning. The best is that my Mama Natalia is happy.

RecommendedMy dad stayed here. The place was very clean with a nice hard working staff. They were very kind and understanding. I would definitely recommend this place !
my brother was in there for rehabilitation and they are the worst place to put your family. my brother has been diagnosed with c diff a highly contagious infection. he needed help and called for a nurse for over 2 hours and didn't get help. 911 had to be called by his wife because he was in so much pain. this place needs to be investigated. i wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy
Stay far, far away from Vintage Faire Nursing and Rehab in Modesto. Social services staff does not return phone calls and personal belongings (clothing, hearing aids, dentures!) are lost forever.
