A Terrible Place to Live DO NOT RENT FROM PACIFIC GARDENS APTS., ESPECIALLY NOT AT 4043 HAMILTON STREET #4 !! They don't care about your safety and welfare; they just want your money. I lived in this unit for over 5 years, and the turnover rate at this building is incredible; someone is always moving out. If you care about your safety, do not rent here!!!
