A terrific store with great selections at great prices. But why the one pound minimum on cheese and olives etc? When deli items of this nature were $3-4 a pound, that was one thing, but good products like this often cost $10-15 per pound or more today. Nothing else in the store is sold in this manner. If selling in smaller quantities is some kind of competitive disadvantage, then put a surcharge on smaller amounts. I think the policy is a resistance to change, not a business requirement.
