I am still waiting for the manager to call me back from April 2020, they charged me for an appointment I cancelled (24hrs in advance) in March 2020. Front desk staff isn’t very friendly.

La doctora y doctores son excelentes! Pero las recepcionistas que tiene son pésimas, siempre están de un muy mal humor, parece que no se les paga, de verdad que me da tristeza porque la doctora Verdejo y los doctores son unos excelentes doctor@s mis respetos
This place is horrible!! The staff is unfriendly, and they appear to hate there job. The wait to even see a doctor is epic, longer than anything I have ever seen.. 3 hours after the appointment time just to get past the waiting room.. Every patient here is unhappy!
You may have to wait longer than other doctor's offices but they take their time with each patient and don't rush you through like a cattle call. They make sure you are well taken care of and don't just throw meds at you like some places do.
