TL;DR after 4 months of excuses as to why my glasses weren’t ready, they just called to tell me THEY FORGOT TO PLACE THE ORDER. 4 months, and they just figured that out. I tried to like these people. I gave them a chance, but what happened this time is RIDICULOUS. I ordered my glasses in March.
