Horrible customer service! They dont give you any help after your purchase. And don't appreciate their customers at all! Don't bother wasting your time with this place if you appreciate your time and money!
Absolute horrible customer service!! Galila has a horrible attitude! Don't ever go to this place! Even if they recommend you! Horrible people, horrible service, horrible staff!!
THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES. They say they close at 1230 for lunch butttt guess what they’re doing at 1130?! NOT WORKING!! This place is absolutely terrible, I suggest going elsewhere rather than wasting your time with these people. They’re lazy and refuse to do their job. I'm honestly shocked that this place is still in business with how TERRIBLE they are. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!! Go elsewhere!!!
I just had my first eye exam here. Lovely staff positive environment I felt good the whole time I was there. I highly recommend this place.
