They never answer their phones and if you are lucky and they call back, never fails it will be when you are at work and can’t answer. If you call right back you still won’t get anyone. Then they charged me double and said they voided one but both charges went through. Tried to get a refund from them but it is more trouble than it’s worth I’m going to just call my bank to dispute the duplicate charge. Be so much faster and easier.
