This place is an assembly line. Front office staff are rude and unprofessional. Respecting their time I made my appointment and was early. Got there and waited over 2 1/2 hours past my appointment time. They DO NOT respect your time, this is an assembly line! A technician will see you for 5 minutes and then they put you back in the crowded waiting room for hours until you are called back for your appointment. Office Management Cindi please contact me. I will be emailing a formal complaint about privacy and treatment of patient's especially VA Veterans. Your desk receptionist who shouts out to people that, "anyone can reschedule an appointment if they don't like the wait" was unprofessional. Your company over books and has clients showing up 30 minutes before their appointment and then waiting over two hours to be seen. Good experience with Dr. Liao and Dr. Serene.
Very happy with Dr Liao at Pacific Eye Institute. Pacific E I accommodated my request for next day appointment. Once I saw Dr Liao, she addressed my questions and answered them all. She explained in detail what was happening to my eyelid and the importance of addressing it properly with antibiotics and eyecare. She went further to show me images on her desktop regarding my specific concerns and how to address it.
