Dr. Scott So did the amazing job on my Cataract surgery, he took good care of my Glaucoma. I highly recommend him for my family members and friends.
Note: I don't want to even give Dr. Scott one star. The system doesn't allow me to post if I don't click 1 star. If there is negative star rating, I would have no hesitation to rate Dr. Scott as negative 1 star. He is rude, arrogant, and doesn't listen to patient. I came to visit him to seek second option on 5/31/2023, but I got no value from this visit. When I politely suggested him we should discuss the best option for me, he completely ignored me. Dr. Scott So is just so rude especially to seniors. If you ask him to repeat something, he will insist that you are deaf or have comprehension problems. I wish he showed more compassion & understanding to the elders who are his patients. It's difficult enough having vision problems, but to be spoken to in a harsh way by Dr. So creates unnecessary stress. I truly would like to appreciate him but his bedside manners are not appropriate. Maybe he will change when he ages & has vision problems.
