They are very honest and careful. They treat your car as if it's their own- no cheap-skate repairs, nothing repaired that doesn't need to be, and I don't leave with more problems than I walked in with. They are almost always on estimate, and communicate well when additional repairs are needed or I don't understand what my car needs.
