The absolute best service I’ve ever received from a body shop! Amazing service, extremely fast, and the employees knew what they were doing. 2 other body shops I went to ruined my previous vehicles. This is the best body shop I’ve been to in OC.
The staff was nice and tried to keep me up-to-date, but the overall service was not the best. My car got sideswiped in mid november, and needed a new door, along with fenders and a paint job. When I dropped it off in mid-november, they gave an original completion date prediction of December 27. When December 27 rolled around, they delayed it to January 10, I was a little frustrated but tried to understand the push-bacl due to the holidays. Someone hit my parked car at the beach and crash champions was assigned to fix my car thru the other person’s insurance. I had to get an entire new front end bc the other car hit me so hard. They were friendly and seemed to take care of most things. A week after my car was returned the tire pressure light came on. I called to let them know and asked if I should bring it in.
