This whole experience was a pleasure from beginning to end. We came here to have our 2015 Nissan Altima headlights replaced. My car looks brand new. Jeannie, was a delight, so personable and professional. Alex was our service advisor. His customer service was exceptional. It was a wonderful experience to work with him. The job was done very well. They even gave my car a complimentary wash. I highly recommend this company because of their customer service and quality of work. Thank you so much.

Our second time using Crash Champions - the first was a collision repair and the second a fairly minor paint scratch repair. Both were treated with equal importance and professionalism and came out looking brand new with zero follow-up issues. Crash Champions has amazing staff, clean and welcoming customer service area and the work is top notch!! Highly recommend!!!
Everyone at this location is terrific. My service writer, Alex West, was very professional, helpful, and kept me updated on the status of my repairs. My vehicle was fixed quickly, before she was scheduled to be completed. I appreciate the care everyone took to making sure the repairs were done well.
