I have used them once before and had a similar experience but had forgotten about it. Had to reschedule the patient because they did not inform us that the case would not be delivered by the requested date. Called the lab and was told "no way" they could expedite delivery and that they would call me back. 24 hours later I am still waiting for their call. Maybe they will post a reply to this review. Tijuana is not in San Diego unethical and dirty Glidewell way to mislead dentists and public. This is unfair business act and we don't need Foreign labor on MEDICAL DEVICE which is not FDA approved! The address is BS to cover dirty part of Glidewell. We want Clean USA NO Foreign Labor on medical devices.
NO Dental lab in this location just a FRONT for T.J. lab. Pacific Edge owned by dirty Glidewell another cover up to mislead dentists! Foreign labor on medical devices is not FDA approved and Libility is very important.
great customer service. always follow up with their clients and are always prompt. turn around time is FAST. great to keep information so you dont have to repeat the same things over and over. great staff!
