Absolutely love our new pondless waterfall from Pacific Dreamscapes. Robert and his staff were a pleasure to work with. They were all very professional, courteous, and amenable. Javier (one of the leads) and his coworkers are true craftsmen and take great pride in their work. Their end goal is customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend them for any outdoor project.
Pacific Dreamscapes built a barbeque island at my previous home about 8 years ago and did a great job. I bought a new home in La Costa in March and the back yard was large, but a mess. I brought in Robert and his superintendent Leo to re-do the backyard and couldn't be happier with the result. Robert spent more time measuring and generating a computerized diagram of our patio & driveway pavers, new irrigation & drainage systems than the 3 other companies we interviewed. His detail orientation & expertise with water conservation was what sold us, and his crew delivered! I was thoroughly impressed with the communication and professionalism of this company. They were communicative as to timing of being able to come up with a bid, the day and time of arrival, etc. The finished product was stunning. All of my neighbors stop me to compliment me on the fountain, front landscaping and architectural wall. I also had 2 minor issues and the company came out either the same day or the very next day to problem solve.
Robert and his team at Pacific Dreamscapes transformed our yard into the dream paradise we were looking for. Robert is a great person to work with. He is straightforward, no surprises and the project came in on time and on budget with the quality we expected. Pacific Dreamscapes did a great job on our outdoor kitchen. We explained what we had in mind in terms of size, location, pavers, and appliances, and they worked with us to build a living space that we are very happy with. The work crew was efficient and professional – our neighbors commented on the fact that they cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each work day. The entire project was completed in a little over two weeks.
