Toads, I had a very positive experience with Oacific Drain. The two plumbers arrived within a half hour of my phone call and fixed a clog from an external septic line within 45 minutes to an hour at a reasonable price.
Two Pacific Drain guys ran camera in wall behind washer, said pipe was broken. And would charge THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS to drill through wall to reroute pipe.For a year, I drained into yard. New plumber ran camera.First, he directed the camera up instead of down.Then found NO BROKEN PIPE! Dishonest or incompetent?
I give Pacific Drain 5 Stars! Randy (the owner) came out with in 20 minutes! We are on a septic system, and after putting cat litter down the toilet drain he needed to snake it clear. (We will never put cat litter in the toilet again!). He was professional, and clean ... taking off his shoes when entering the house and office after crawling in under the crawl space beneath the building. Thanks Randy!
Fast and reasonable Had a badly clogged kitchen sink, Pacific Drain came out fast and snaked it clear for a reasonable $90. Would definitely recommend their service.
Wonderful Guys! – They were quick to come and service our plumbing issues. They were helpful, friendly and were not looking to make a quick buck by pulling a fast one on us like the other guys. We will def keep them in mind if we ever have any issues again.
