I have used Pacific Drain & Plumbing for 2 separate plumbing issues in my house and both times I was completely satisfied with the customer service, professionalism, and competence of the technicians. I am always able to get a fast and convenient appointment. On the latest occasion, Troy was my service technician and he was very helpful, as he let me know what he was doing step-by-step. He finished the job in no time!

Our bathroom toilet over flowed Sunday evening. My uncle and I went to Lowes to get a 1/2" 50' snake to clear it up, we even removed the toilet and snaked the drain again, but no luck. Called Pacific Drain in Vista on Monday morning. Ed, A very friendly tech guy, came by. He cleared up the drain and reinstalled the toilet. Friendly, fast and done right! We've been using Pacific Drain ever since we bought this house in 2001. We won't call anybody else! Thanks Pacific Drain and Plumbing!
