Just recently pacific drain and plumbing doing business as arrowhead pipeline came out to replace a hot water feed 21 unit which they replace. Now the hot water that used to come out very quickly now takes some coaxing to get hot and probably when other units Simultaneously use their hot water it comes on somewhat quickly. I let the plumber know of this problem which he did come out to check yet he was unsure and did not know why as Shawn said he only replace that specific line. Great company to call with any of your plumbing needs. Troy came out and was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond and taking the extra time to help me understand exactly what was going on (who knows nothing about plumbing)! Would definitely recommend this company as a go-to!
Pacific drain and plumbing is by far the best plumbing service in San Diego County! Anytime I’m in trouble they help me out! This time we had a backed up drain almost 40 feet. Most plumbers only have a 25 foot snake. Thank you Pacific Drain!
Hired Pacific Drain & Plumbing to do a camera video inspection in the sewer line. Kevin was great on the phone and provided his insights and helped me book a short notice appointment. Brandon Wheeler was the field inspector I met with and he has tons of knowledge when it comes to plumbing. He was very informative and professional. I learned new things from him Including tips. Kevin and Brandon will be the ones I’ll be calling for any plumbing issues (hopefully I won’t have any) in the future. Thanks guys!
