Lady was very helpful
They did great work, and were very helpful. Only complaint is a communication issue, I let them know we plan to place it in a different town but haven't scheduled that yet since my father died years ago but never had a memorial for him. Once it was finished they said they shipped it to the cemetery we plan to do business with soon but didn't think nothing of it. Now I gotta go to the other side of the state to pickup this heavy stone lol. Shouldve asked more questions
Beautiful headstones in whatever price point you need, they are so easy to work with. The only down side is they are closed on weekends so you have to take off work to get there.
Our families will never purchase anything from this company again. After waiting three months with no response regarding damage to a headstone under warranty, I had to email them from a different address and pose as a new customer just to get any kind of reply. When they finally responded, they “determined” the damage was caused by a BB gun—without even seeing the headstone in person.
