Mr. Ted Gonzales. Himself ask me do and did you check the price of gold today. I honestly told him NO Asked me again you don't know the price of gold today I said NO TO HIM. Called this place for an appraisal, bought the ring and they didn’t have an appraisal,(couple we bought it from or if they did they didn’t give it to us)not really sure how the whole process goes for an appraisal-I’ve never done one before I was worried my ring had damage/not sure why or if I’d need an appraisal and the lady was SUPER RUDE. I went into Pacific Diamond in Waimalu Plaza on July 22, 2025 I was so excited to see what I could accomplish with in the time we were there Zaria was very pleasant and very helpful gave us every items that she presented to us. Pacific Diamond well over a decade plus ago helped me design my wedding ring for my wife. Since then they have been my ONLY jewelry store. I needed a specific cross for my chain. I saw this beautiful cross and it was diamond cut. It was awesome. Ted his family and his awesome staff were also there to tend to my needs and SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The one and ONLY place I go to........even the cowfee was hittin. Much ALOHA
