I went in to the Aiea location early October 2026. I came in with high spirits and left knowing I would never step foot again in this jewelry store. I met with An older woman in her 60's. I went there to sell my 24K Yellow Gold bangle (15.2 grams). The staff offered $75 per gram and paid me $1,100. I felt it was a low offer, so I won’t be returning. They also said the condition was ‘heavily used,’ even though I only wore it twice. Just sharing my experience.
